The Canon IR 4570 is a multifunction copier 45 pages per minute which is capable of being connected to a network. Once connected, the IR 4570 produces prints at full speed and gives users advanced printing options such as duplexing, stapling and collating at Copier Repair.

Instructions

Install the printer drivers on the print server. The drivers come on a CD with the IR 4570 or can be downloaded from the Canon website.

Connect the IR 4570 to the network using a network cable category 5. For the 4570 IR receive print jobs, must be connected to the network via a network cable.

Assigns an IP address to the IR 4570. Pressing the “Additional Features” (info) in the main panel displays a menu IR 4570. In the “Printer Settings” (Printer Settings), enter the IP address you want to assign.

Load the drivers in the computers of the users who have access to the IR 4570. The drivers can be downloaded on each computer or can be sent from the server.

Print test pages to verify the connection. Testing from the server and from each computer connected ensures a successful installation at Copier Repair.
